Client Services

As one of the founding partners of PMI, Armando focuses on business development and staying up-to-date with new technology.  He was one of the industry’s earliest adopters of an online digital storefront, variable data printing, and automated marketing—and continues to pioneer new processes to provide clients with effective business solutions.

As an avid reader and life-long learner, Armando thrives on discovering and researching new technologies. You’ll often find him working right next to his clients – whether that’s successfully launching and seeing a project through to completion, or serving as a guide to point them in the right direction to bring their idea to life.

When he’s not busy with work, Armando can be found outside with his wife Stacy and their daughter, spending time together at the beach, paddle boarding, golfing, and hiking. He is a huge sports fan, wine aficionado, and loves to cook.

Armando is originally from El Salvador and moved to the U.S. with his older sister when he was 12. They settled in the Bay Area where he and his older brother later opened their first offset print shop.

A long-time veteran in the print industry, Martha oversees client services at PMI. She serves as a liaison between customers and all production aspects to ensure each and every project element is handled smoothly and delivered on-time. Part detective and part problem-solver, Martha thrives on finding new and affordable ways to bring clients’ projects to life.

Outside of work, Martha is a big professional sports fan. Every weekend in the fall she also travels to watch and cheer on her son, who plays NCAA Division III football as a middle linebacker at Occidental College.

Beginning his career as one of PMI’s founders, Francisco is a master craftsman who takes great pride in the art of printing. Francisco draws on decades of experience running and operating offset and digital presses to keep PMI’s day-to-day production running efficiently and on schedule.

When he isn’t in the shop, you can find Francisco on his boat fishing for large-mouth bass. His biggest catch to date? A 150+ lb Sturgeon. And he hopes one day to drop a line in Alaska.

With printing in her family’s blood, Maria has worked in the print industry for over twenty years. The favorite part of her day-to-day work is managing the fast-paced production schedule, doing whatever it takes to ensure each client’s project meets PMI’s quality standards.

No stranger to thriving on rush projects, Maria loves a good adrenaline rush from any new experience – whether it’s riding an ATV around California or zip lining in the jungles of Puerto Vallarta.

Marketing & Business Development

A seasoned marketing executive, Stacy uses her extensive experience working with real estate professionals and other companies to help/collaboratively create out-of-the-box campaigns and marketing materials for PMI’s clients.

The opportunity to introduce and inspire thousands, even millions, to a business means Stacy is never bored with her work. And as much as she’s passionate about the creative art of marketing, she loves using analytics and technology to test and validate marketing performance to ensure clients are generating the greatest ROI.

When she’s not pushing creative boundaries and driving results, you’ll find Stacy spending time with her husband and daughter, cheering from the sidelines at soccer games, browsing Pinterest and Houzz, enjoying wine, and counting strokes on the golf course (lots of them).

Mixing her love of design and real estate, Stacy is an HGTV addict and someday wants to buy, renovate, and flip a house just like the Property Brothers.
